Drilling Engineer

• Develop drilling programs, well plans, and operational procedures.
• Monitor drilling performance and provide engineering support throughout drilling operations.
• Analyze drilling data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce non-productive time (NPT).
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with drilling supervisors, geologists, reservoir engineers, and other technical disciplines.
• Support troubleshooting during drilling operations and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure all drilling activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, well planning reviews, and operational meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of drilling engineering experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Experience with onshore drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of drilling design, hydraulics, casing design, cementing, and drilling optimization.
• Familiarity with industry software and drilling engineering applications.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience working with international oilfield service companies or major oil & gas operators.
• Middle East project experience is preferred.
