The Engineer – Project Manager is a full-time, on‑site role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This role oversees end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The Engineer – Project Manager monitors project progress, manages risks, and ensures on‑time delivery of equipment and services in line with contractual, technical, and safety requirements. Daily responsibilities include supervising expediting activities, inspection processes, and logistics operations, preparing project documentation and reports, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The role also contributes to continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying efficiencies, and supporting business development initiatives related to industrial and energy projects.

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and managing Expediting activities with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Candidates should possess inspection capabilities, including conducting Inspection of equipment and documentation to verify compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management for coordinating transport, delivery, and site support for projects.
• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) and prior experience in industrial, energy, or related sectors.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to work on‑site, collaborate in cross‑functional teams, and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

The Oil & Gas Maintenance Engineer is responsible for driving business growth through the identification, qualification, pursuit and execution support of engineering, maintenance and industrial service opportunities within Kuwait's oil, gas, petrochemical and energy sectors. The role combines technical engineering expertise with commercial business development, tendering, strategic sourcing and client relationship management.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Deema Trading's engineering and maintenance services portfolio.
• Build strategic relationships with KPC Group companies, EPC contractors, OEMs, international manufacturers and industrial clients.
• Identify new opportunities, shutdowns, maintenance contracts and capital projects through continuous market engagement.
