Penspen Ltd in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to monitor BOQ's, estimates, schedule of rates and material take-offs, and verify them by site measurement of materials and man hours across all disciplines.
You will support the Contract Engineer in compiling cost reports and forecasts to completion, measure final accounts including claims, variations and amendments to contracts, and perform liaison duties between MEW and the Contractor.
