Penspen is seeking a seasoned Materials Engineer to oversee contractor requisitions, work packages and QA/QC across onshore projects in Kuwait. You will monitor testing of soils, asphalt and concrete, verify compliance with design specs and maintain HSE standards on site.
You will liaise between client and contractor, provide on‑the‑job training to client staff, and ensure sampling and material tests are completed to required quality levels on time.
