About The Job
The Piping Engineer shall monitor and check all Contractor requisitions, work packages, risk and method statements, etc. to ensure optimized work processes. Witness and verify compliance with the design specification, including oversight of construction and commissioning, to ensure QHSE standards are maintained. Provide on‑the‑job training to the counterpart.
Responsibilities- Monitor and check Contractor requisitions, work packages, risk and method statements to optimize work processes.
- Witness compliance with design specifications and oversee construction/commissioning to maintain QHSE standards.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to counterpart personnel.
- Act as liaison between client and Contractor, reporting to the Resident Engineer.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant mechanical experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in design and construction of onshore plants.
- Familiarity with industry standard codes and construction practices.
Job location based in Al‑Kuwait; preferred candidates must be located in Al‑Kuwait.
