Penspen is seeking a Piping Engineer based in Al-Kuwait to monitor contractor requisitions, work packages, risk and method statements, ensuring optimized work processes and QHSE compliance.
You will witness and verify design specs, oversee construction and commissioning, and provide on the job training to counterpart personnel, while acting as a liaison between the client and contractor, reporting to the Resident Engineer.
