Job Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and manage contract administration activities and related systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain and update contract records, documentation, and related project data.
- Conduct technical studies and provide support in contract administration, engineering, and maintenance services.
- Prepare technical, commercial, and administrative documentation required for project and contract activities.
- Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of resources, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
- Prepare and issue periodic reports on maintenance activities, contract performance, work progress, and budgets.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures and maintenance management processes.
- Support continuous improvement of contract administration and maintenance management practices.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract preparation, tendering, or contract administration within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Engineering industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or specialist role.
- Experience supporting maintenance services and engineering contract management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar maintenance management software.
- Proficiency in computerized applications, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, technical documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
