Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility performance.
- Develop and implement production plans to achieve operational targets and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and company safety procedures.
- Plan and supervise shift schedules to maintain continuous production operations.
- Lead, manage, and mentor production teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report production performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Respond to operational issues and emergency situations to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance, operations, HSE, and other departments to support efficient plant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas production or facility operations, including at least 10 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas processing systems and production operations.
- Experience with natural gas processing, compression systems, condensate recovery, water treatment, or similar process facilities.
- Knowledge of H₂S safety management, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, or other industrial control and automation systems.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
