Mechanical Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Engineer in Kuwait
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Power Generation sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals.

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems in a large-scale power plant.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspect turbines, pumps, compressors, boilers, and auxiliary systems.
• Coordinate shutdown and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance standards.
• Analyse equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability.

• Power Plant Mechanical Maintenance – Experience maintaining large-scale power plant equipment.
• Rotating Equipment – Expertise in turbines, pumps, compressors, and motors.
• Preventive Maintenance – Planning and executing maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshooting – Root cause analysis of mechanical failures.
• Safety Compliance – Knowledge of industrial safety practices and standards.

• SAP PM or CMMS knowledge.
• Shutdown maintenance planning.
• Leadership and team coordination.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within large-scale power plants. Experience handling critical plant equipment and maintenance planning is essential.

• Minimum: B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred: M.E. Mechanical Engineering
