I&C Supervisor

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of I&C Supervisor in Kuwait
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals.

• Supervise instrumentation and control maintenance activities for RO and desalination plants.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, transmitters, sensors, and control systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of automation systems.
• Coordinate annual maintenance shutdown activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.
• Support plant operations by minimizing equipment downtime.

• Instrumentation Maintenance
  - Calibration and maintenance of field instruments.
• PLC & DCS Systems
  - Troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Desalination Systems
  - Knowledge of plant operations and controls.
• Preventive Maintenance
  - Planning and execution.

• SCADA knowledge
• Root cause analysis

Minimum 10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control maintenance, preferably in RO or desalination plants. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in annual maintenance activities.

• Minimum: Diploma
• Preferred: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics (Typical)
• Additional: Relevant industrial certifications (Typical)
