Responsibilities
- Conduct precise measurements and calculations to determine land boundaries ensuring accuracy for legal and development purposes
- Utilise advanced surveying equipment such as GPS total stations and drones to gather data efficiently and effectively
- Prepare detailed survey drawings and maps translating complex data into understandable visuals for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide essential land information for project planning and design
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor or eligibility to obtain licensure demonstrates commitment and expertise.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in land surveying, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Experience with CAD software and GIS applications is highly desirable for effective data analysis and visualization.
