Telecom Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise telecom civil works including tower foundations precast installation equipment plinths fencing cable trenching earthing and related civil works
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with clients subcontractors suppliers and internal project teams
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical site issues
• Monitor project progress workmanship measurements materials and manpower
• Prepare daily progress reports work schedules and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures
• Support project handover snag rectification and client acceptance activities
• Manage multiple project sites and provide timely progress updates

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in telecom civil construction.
• Experience in telecom tower foundations and site infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical report preparation.
• Ability to travel independently to multiple project sites.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
