Role DescriptionThe Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. This role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing engineering processes to support architectural and planning projects, with an emphasis on efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing process flow diagrams, performing calculations, conducting technical analyses, and implementing process control strategies. The Process Engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, prepares technical reports and documentation, supports project proposals, and assists in troubleshooting process-related issues during design and implementation phases.
The role also involves engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that process solutions align with client requirements and project objectives.
- B.Sc. Chemical Engineering, Experience in Oil/Gas Construction.
- Minimum experience:
10 to 15 years. - Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to complex projects.
- Proficiency in Process Design and Process Control, including the development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and control strategies.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills, with experience in data analysis, performance evaluation, and problem-solving for process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Experience with engineering software and tools (e.g., process simulation, modeling, and CAD) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in engineering design and operations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary, culturally diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a consulting environment.
