Service Sales Engineer; AfterSales

We are looking for a Service Engineer – HVAC (After Sales) to join our After Sales team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, warranty handling, and customer support, ensuring SKM systems consistently perform at the highest standards.

• Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within set KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare service reports.
• Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.
• Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or 5–7 years HVAC service experience).
• 5+ years’ experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems.
• GCC experience preferred (HVAC service, MEP, or FM).
• Strong troubleshooting, technical, and customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical controls (analog & microprocessor-based).
