We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering, with a focus on ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficient operation.

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical and mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, generators, control panels, and other equipment.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential failures or maintenance requirements.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and other engineering teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with safety standards, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical reports, equipment records, and documentation.
• Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with procurement when necessary.
• Assist with the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of new equipment and systems.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce operating and maintenance costs.
• Supervise technicians and maintenance teams where required.
• Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical engineering or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Experience with motors, pumps, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, control panels, and automation systems.
