Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Land Surveyor for a full-time position in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be working with the team of surveyors to ensure accuracy in the data collected from the field. The successful candidate will be expected to have 1 year of experience working as a land surveyor and must be willing to relocate. • Supervising field teams in the collection of accurate data on land boundaries, topography, and other features of natural or built environments.
• Reviewing survey maps, plans, and data to ensure accuracy.
• Carrying out calculations.
• Interpreting legal descriptions.
• Providing technical advice during on-site surveys.
• Maintaining records of surveys.
• Coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• At least 1 year of experience working as a land surveyor.
• Knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, levels, etc.
• An understanding of legal descriptions related to land surveys (plats, deeds).
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently or part of a team environment with minimal supervision.
• An understanding of GIS systems is an added advantage.

The salary for this position is 1700 KD per month plus benefits.
