Land surveyor in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait, job duties, and qualifications.
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This role is responsible for performing accurate land surveys and monitoring the progress of construction projects. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should possess:- The ability to understand property laws and regulations
- Knowledge of surveying techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
The position offers competitive salary of 1400 KD per month as well as other benefits such as health insurance, paid time off and sick leave. Job Duties:- Conducting land surveys for civil engineering projects such as roads and buildings
- Reviewing existing plans for accuracy
- Collecting data from sites using instruments such as Total Stations or GPS receivers
- Interpreting survey information in order to create or update plans
- Assessing potential risks associated with construction projects
