• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
• Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to surveying activities
• Ability to read maps and other documents associated with surveys

The Surveyor is responsible for performing various surveys on land or underwater areas. He/she will be responsible for setting up measuring devices, collecting data using the latest surveying instruments, analyzing the data collected, preparing reports on the results of surveys, making sure that all safety regulations are followed during the survey process, maintaining accurate records of all survey activities, communicating effectively with clients as well as other stakeholders involved in the project.

The Surveyor is also expected to use their technical knowledge in order to provide advice on survey related issues.
