We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in land surveying and be proficient in the use of surveying software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys for a variety of land projects. The surveyor must be able to read and interpret plans, as well as create accurate drawings from measurements taken onsite. They must also be familiar with the legal processes associated with land surveys and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties include:

accurately measuring distances, angles, elevations, and other physical features; using instruments such as total stations, levels, EDM, GPS receivers; performing boundary surveys; verifying existing points; researching ownership data; creating maps using computer-aided design software; preparing reports and legal documents; and analyzing survey results. A valid driving license is also required to travel to different sites when necessary.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner to clients or colleagues. They should also have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail. The salary offered is 1800 monthly. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role
