Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities within the assigned area.

Lead teams in dismantling, inspection, repair, adjustment, and assembly of mechanical equipment.

Maintain and repair pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, winches, cranes, valves, vessels, piping, exchangers, and coolers.

Monitor work sites and ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping.

Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and other mechanical inspection instruments.

Prepare basic sketches and support fabrication and welding activities when required.

Manage requisitions for maintenance materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment.

Maintain equipment records and update maintenance information in CMMS.

Ensure all required tools, equipment, and materials are available before work begins.

Operate mechanical tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within Oil & Gas facilities.

OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or similar facilities, including at least 4 years in a similar position

Strong hands-on experience with rotating and static mechanical equipment.

Proficiency in precision measurement tools and mechanical inspection techniques.

Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, equipment assembly, fabrication, and repair.

Experience using CMMS for maintenance records is preferred.

Strong supervisory, technical, safety, and problem-solving skills.
