We are seeking a Safety Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety programs and protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all employees. As a Safety Supervisor, you will demonstrate professional leadership, decisive action in safety matters, and meticulous attention to detail in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.

You will work collaboratively with management and staff to foster a strong safety culture while maintaining full compliance with local Kuwait regulations and international safety standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational standards and local regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and hazard assessments to identify potential risks and unsafe conditions
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses; document findings and recommend corrective actions
