Position Summary
The Entertainment & Events Manager – JON (Consultant) is responsible for planning, curating, and executing all entertainment and event programming within JON. The role ensures seamless execution, high-quality guest experiences, and commercially successful events aligned with JON’s identity.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and manage JON’s entertainment and events calendar.
- Plan and execute all on-site events (public, corporate, and brand activations).
- Source, book, and manage local and international talent.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Ensure all permits and licenses are secured.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and entertainment agencies.
- Ensure high-quality guest experience and ambiance.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost control.
- Continuously enhance programming to drive repeat visitation.
- 4–7+ years of experience in events, entertainment, or hospitality
- Proven experience in managing live entertainment and large-scale events
- Experience in destination-based or seasonal venues is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to F&B-driven events and guest experience environments
