Escape Land Kuwait is a real‑life escape game and team‑building entertainment venue offering 14 themed rooms for small groups of 2–8 people. Recognized as one of the largest escape game providers worldwide, Escape Land focuses on immersive, puzzle‑based experiences that challenge critical thinking and collaboration. Guests work together to solve clues, unlock secrets, and escape within 60 minutes, testing their ability to stay calm under pressure.

The company emphasizes communication, observation, and problem‑solving, creating a dynamic environment for both visitors and team members.

The Game Master is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kuwait City. In this position, the Game Master welcomes and briefes guests, explains game rules, and ensures each group understands safety guidelines and the story of the room. During games, the Game Master monitors player progress, provides timely hints, and maintains a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Responsibilities include resetting rooms, checking props and puzzles, reporting and resolving technical issues, and keeping all game areas clean and ready for the next group.

The Game Master also handles basic customer inquiries, supports bookings, and contributes ideas to improve game flow and overall guest experience.

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain rules clearly, give concise instructions, and interact confidently with diverse groups.
• Customer Service skills focused on creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing group dynamics, and handling questions or concerns professionally.
• Easily Adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced environment, able to respond to unexpected situations and adjust to different player needs.
• Creativity Skills that support storytelling, immersion, and problem‑solving, with an interest in enhancing the overall game experience.
• Basic understanding or interest in Game Design, puzzles, and interactive experiences is highly beneficial.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and follow procedures when resetting rooms and managing multiple groups.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, or events is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
