Head of Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute and provide inputs to the development of investor relations strategy in line with the overall business objectives of the Investor Relations function.
• Direct the continuous enhancements of the bank's positive image to reflect it's strong and sustainable financial performance and the prudent strategy by its senior management which would impact the assessments of financial equity analysts, investors community, and credit rating agencies for their rating decisions.
• Direct the implementation and facilitation of investor communication events and meetings in order to ensure consistent communication of bank’s interests and ensure compliance to the group’s disclosure requirements.
• Direct and review the formulation and the presentation of all reports regarding the financial health of the bank such as presentations and quarterly and annual reports for current and potential investors (including fund managers, investment bankers, and research firms).
• Arrange, manage and supervise the Quarterly/Annual Analyst Webcast Conference Call events as per the regulatory requirements by Boursa Kuwait and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure proper and timely preparation for the events.
• Direct the coordination with rating agencies and equity analysts and address their queries in a timely manner and ensure providing concise and precise information to reflect the bank’s positive image and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
• Professional certification: CFA
• 10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector including at least 4 years in similar positions
