- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Proficient in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, Conditional Formatting, and Power Query for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts at a regular interval of time.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing Processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring budget vs actual performance.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation.
- Identify Opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance financial processes.
- Work Closely with other departments to gather financial information.
- Provide guidance and support other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong background in general ledger management, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cost control.
- Achievement-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
