Credit Control Officer

We are hiring a Credit Control Officer for SMSA in Kuwait.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance.
• Experience in customer collections and account reconciliation.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit policies, and credit risk assessment.
• Ability to prepare aging and collection reports and analyze customer payment trends and outstanding balances.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Fluency in Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and reconcile accounts.
• Review customer credit limits and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve billing and payment disputes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aging and collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
