Minimum required qualifications
- Education – Associate’s Degree AND four years direct relevant experience PLUS
- Experience – at least four years analytical experience at the strategic/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, OR USMC – 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist
OR USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer, 1N0XX Operations Intelligence,1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist or 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes PLUS - Clearance – TS/SCI PLUS
Special skills or qualifications (all required) –
- Proficient in utilizing standard MS computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
- Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical intelligence team
- Strong briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information to senior members of the intelligence community
In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Middle East regional geopolitical science
- Operational Experience in either Afghanistan or Iraq
- Familiar with SWA regional issues and cultures INTELLIGENCE PLANNING SHOP – KUWAIT
The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to:
Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support,Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
About the Role:
- Play an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threats
- Directly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIR.
- Develop all-source association matrices on individuals identified in reporting.
- Construct link diagrams.
- Develop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reporting.
- Perform general intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested. Log new requirements into tracker.
