Roaming Senior Specialist

Solutions by stc is actively recruiting for the role of Roaming Senior Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing roaming relationships with overseas operators. You will handle all reporting and reconciliation with operators and DCH.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Lead roaming and IoT partner negotiations, managing commercial agreements, tariffs, and settlement rates with international operators.
• Oversee interconnect and roaming reporting, reconciliation, invoicing, and dispute resolution to ensure billing accuracy and revenue assurance.
• Manage roaming operations, including RAP/TAP processing, test SIM monitoring, system performance, and coordination with IT for required enhancements.
• Administer customer contracts and ensure effective documentation, reporting, reconciliation processes, and policy compliance.
• Provide regular financial and operational performance reports, coordinating with Finance, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and process improvements.
