Core Responsibilities

• Consultation: Talk with clients to understand their style preferences, evaluate hair and scalp health, and suggest suitable cuts or colors.
• Hair Treatments: Wash, condition, blow-dry, cut, trim, color, highlight, perm, or straighten hair using professional tools and products.
• Sales and Recommendations: Recommend and sell hair care products, such as shampoos, conditioners, and styling treatments, for at-home maintenance.
• Salon Maintenance: Clean workstations, sterilize tools, and maintain safety and hygiene standards throughout the day.
• Customer Service: Manage appointments, welcome walk-ins, and build loyal client relationships.

Key Requirements and Skills

• Licensing: A valid cosmetology or hairdressing license from an accredited school.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in using scissors, clippers, hot irons, and chemical application techniques.
• Trend Knowledge: Up-to-date awareness of modern hairstyles, coloring methods, and fashion trends.
