Job Title: Pediatric Speech Therapist

Your Impact
  • 100% of pediatric patients receive an individualized, evidence-based therapy plan following comprehensive assessment
  • 100% of feeding and swallowing (dysphagia) cases managed safely within approved scope
  • Consistent coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered care
  • Home programs and caregiver education provided for patients to support therapy carryover
What You Will Do
  • Patient Assessment:
    Conduct comprehensive speech, language, feeding, and swallowing assessments for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Therapy & Intervention:
    Deliver individualized therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing — including AAC strategies where needed.
  • Specialized Pediatric Care:
    Support children with ASD, ADHD, DLD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, hearing impairment, and cleft palate.
  • Family Education & Carryover:
    Train parents and caregivers on home programs to reinforce therapy progress.
  • Multidisciplinary

    Collaboration:

    Partner with medical and allied health specialists to coordinate holistic, multidisciplinary patient care.
  • Documentation & Quality:
    Maintain clinical documentation and support audits and safety initiatives.

You will thrive here if you have…
  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-accredited) + relevant Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of post-Master's clinical experience in pediatric SLP
  • Advanced grounding in pediatric assessments and complex developmental/feeding disorders
  • Ability to work calmly and diplomatically with children, anxious parents, and multidisciplinary teams
