- Stay informed about the latest research and trends in psychology and psychiatry to continuously improve treatment methodologies and incorporate new findings into practice.
- Participate in community outreach programmes to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote access to psychological services, enhancing the agency's visibility and impact.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff and interns, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance team capabilities.
- Engage in regular professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to maintain licensure and stay current with industry advancements.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills to accurately evaluate mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
