HR manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait duties, and qualifications

We are seeking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a deep understanding of HR principles and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

The HR Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support on all aspects of HR policies and procedures. This includes recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Additionally they will ensure that all activities are conducted in line with applicable labor laws.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within the Human Resources field. They also should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. They should possess strong communication skills both verbal and written as well as excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. In addition they must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

Furthermore they should demonstrate good problem solving skills, be self-motivated and able to show initiative when required.
