Recruiter vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait and job duties. Recruiter - Al-Kuwait Salary: 1200 We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreigner to join a rapidly growing company.
Requirements for the Candidate:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least two years of relevant experience in recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of current trends in recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Fluency in English and Arabic is desired but not required
- Competitive salary plus bonus structure

- Source potential candidates through various recruiting tools such as job boards, social media, internal database searches, etc.

- Craft offer letters according to company policy.
