Recruiter vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for a highly-motivated Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an ability to establish strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Knowledge of local labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to travel when needed
• A valid work permit is required (for non-Kuwaiti applicants)
