Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing the company's human resources, including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, performance management and other HR functions.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role with a proven track record of managing an effective HR department.
- Knowledgeable in local labor law regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Foreigners are considered for the position.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate employees.
- Effective communication with all levels of staff.
