HR manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing ongoing human resources programs, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits.
The HR Manager will support the organization by providing advice on hiring practices and employment policies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee performance reviews and disciplinary procedures, administering employee benefit programs, handling employee grievances and conducting investigations into violations of company policy. They will also develop training materials to support new employees and existing staff development needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month with the possibility for relocation costs if necessary for an immigrant.
