Al-Kuwait is looking to fill a Recruiter position to find and select qualified candidates for open positions. The position offers a salary of 1500 and we are willing to consider a foreigne for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including developing job postings, conducting interviews, screening resumes, and selecting suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work well in a team environment.

The Recruiter must be able to use various recruiting methods such as career fairs, social media platforms, job boards and referrals; conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews; create job descriptions; maintain records of all recruitment activities; stay up-to-date on market trends; provide feedback to hiring managers on the progress of recruiting efforts; promote diversity in hiring practices; and ultimately ensure that the right people are hired for the right positions at Al-Kuwait.
