We at Al-Kuwait are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in HR management, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, the HR Manager would be responsible for maintaining employee records and administering payrolls; ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws; developing training programs to attract and retain top talent; managing staff performance reviews; and creating policies that ensure a productive work environment. They would also ensure all resources are used efficiently by providing direction on staffing needs, recruitment efforts, new hires onboarding processes, and other related duties.
