HR manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. Al-Kuwait is looking for a highly motivated and capable HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the human resources team and providing advice, support, and guidance to our employees. The successful candidate should have a strong background in human resource management and possess excellent communication skills.

They should also have experience in recruitment, employee relations management, payroll administration, risk management, and occupational health & safety. Knowledge of employment law and relevant legislation is essential for this role. In addition to the technical skills required, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can build relationships with both staff and external stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

The ability to think strategically is also key for this role.
