Training Officer

Amaken is hiring a Training Officer for an F amp B company based in Kuwait The Training Officer will be responsible for training new and existing employees The role will focus on onboarding improving employee skills and identifying training needs across the company

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Explain company policies procedures standards and job responsibilities
• Prepare training materials manuals and presentations
• Develop and maintain an annual training calendar
• Identify training needs and skills gaps across the company
• Provide training to address employee performance and knowledge gaps
• Support the continuous development of store employees and managers
• Work with Operations to identify areas where employees need additional training
• Coordinate external training programs when needed
• Build relationships with training providers and educational institutions
• Monitor training results and improve training programs when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Officer, or in a similar role within restaurant operations.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and restaurant POS/management systems.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online training tools.
