The Role

The Pre-Sales Specialist defines and delivers effective technical solutions that align client requirements with the company's IT services and capabilities. This role drives revenue growth by translating complex customer needs into commercially viable solutions. Working closely with technical, commercial, and stakeholder teams, the specialist ensures both technical feasibility and business value. Ultimately, the position strengthens client relationships and supports the company's competitive edge in IT services.

You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline/ Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business management or IT services pre-sales within a related industry.
  • Proven track record in complex solution design, proposal writing, and RFP responses.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutioning, and techno-commercial strategies.
  • Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer and market-oriented mindset with clear commercial acumen.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Highly adaptable, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with results-driven execution.
