SI Senior Computing Engineer – e-Portal

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting computing infrastructures across multiple customer environments. This includes servers, storage, hypervisors, operating systems, cloud platforms, backup solutions, and hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI). You will ensure SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and advanced L3 troubleshooting by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless integration and reliable performance.

• Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud platforms, HCI, and backup solutions.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and advanced L3 troubleshooting while meeting SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integrated and successful solutions.
• Track progress, manage tickets, monitor KPIs, and prevent SLA breaches through effective workload management.
• Mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation, and contribute to technology planning aligned with business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience.
