About The Role
This role oversees the strategy, performance, and optimization of the Dealer Management System (DMS), with a focus on Autoline (Keyloop) and Oracle solutions. You will manage system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades while ensuring the DMS fully supports dealership operations across sales, service, parts, and finance. The role works closely with business teams, IT, and vendors to improve system efficiency, standardize processes, and ensure high-quality user support and training.
You will also drive data accuracy, reporting improvements, and continuous system development to support organizational goals.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in DMS operations within an automotive dealership environment.
- Proven expertise in Autoline (Keyloop) and Oracle systems is essential.
- Strong background in leading system enhancements, migrations, integrations, and end-to-end technical projects.
- Ability to deliver operational support and consultancy with advanced analytical skills to drive data-based decision-making.
- Solid understanding of dealership processes across sales, service, parts, inventory, and accounting.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to design and implement pragmatic digital solutions.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Certifications in Keyloop Autoline, Oracle (OCP), ITIL, or PMP are an advantage.
