IT SUPPORT
Hiring – IT & Branch Systems Support Officer
Requirements- Mandatory hands‑on experience with Ubiquiti / Uni Fi infrastructure
- Experience with Uni Fi Dream Machine, APs, switches, cameras, Uni Fi OS / Controller
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE, printers, CCTV, IP phones, and basic networking
- Experience with POS systems, aggregator devices, Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners, and restaurant IT peripherals
- Able to troubleshoot remotely and visit branches when required
- Must be available 24/7 on call for operations‑critical issues
- Must be persistent, practical, and able to follow up until issues are resolved
