Role Overview

To support the execution and optimization of CRM strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role focuses on managing campaigns, analyzing user behavior, and improving customer lifecycle performance across all CRM channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across Push, SMS, Email, and Whats App.
  • Support customer segmentation based on behavior, frequency, and value.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including delivery, open rate, CTR, and conversion.
  • Help build and manage automated customer journeys for onboarding, reactivation, and retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and data teams for campaign alignment.
  • Maintain CRM tools and databases while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support A/B testing of campaigns to improve overall performance.
  • Track and report on key CRM KPIs and suggest strategic improvements.
Qualifications
  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Professional familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and basic analysis.
  • Core CRM Knowledge: A basic understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and segmentation concepts.
  • Communication & Execution:
    High attention to detail in campaign setup and good written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability: A problem‑solving mindset with the willingness to test, learn, and manage multiple campaigns under deadlines.
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with specific CRM tools such as Braze, MoEngage, or Clever Tap.
  • Written communication skills in Arabic.
