Deployment Officer

Bede is a Zain Group joint venture Fintech Company established in 2016. Our mission is to foster an inclusive financial ecosystem by providing a platform that delivers practical fintech solutions, responding to the real needs of people and businesses alike. We are seeking a for a Deployment Officer who will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and activating merchant and wallet services both on-site and remotely.

This includes setting up POS devices, merchant portals, and wallet applications, as well as providing comprehensive training to merchants and wallet users on how to use the services effectively. The role involves technical troubleshooting, user enablement, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms. The Deployment Officer works closely with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality service delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Fintech services and hardware provided to the merchants and agents.

• High school Graduate, strong computer and smart devices literacy.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support in fintech, financial institutions or related industries.
