Supply Coordinator

You'll be the backbone of our rider supply network—making sure every zone is covered, every rider is where they need to be, and nothing falls through the cracks. • Monitor and coordinate rider availability across all assigned delivery zones
• Support rider onboarding end‑to‑end—from document collection to verification
• Communicate daily schedules and assignments to riders
• Track rider attendance, performance, and compliance
• Report supply gaps and coverage issues to the Supply Lead
• Maintain and update rider records in operational systems
• Help resolve rider queries and elevate complex issues when needed

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or coordination
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Super organized with a sharp eye for detail
• Clear communicator who can keep teams and riders aligned
• Comfortable with data entry and basic reporting
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle priorities in a fast‑moving environment
• Prior experience in food delivery or on‑demand platforms (preferred)
• Familiarity with operational or scheduling tools (preferred)
• Arabic language skills for smoother rider communication (preferred)
