Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pre-Sales / Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic and English), well-presented, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. The role involves supporting the sales team in positioning and demonstrating software and application solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored software/application solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to key stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear and technically accurate documentation.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and assist in solution architecture planning.
- Coordinate with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations.
- Provide ongoing sales support including client meetings, technical workshops, and trade show participation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within the software/applications domain.
- Proven experience in application and software solution sales, preferably in B2B or government sectors.
- Solid understanding of security concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; confident in customer-facing roles.
- Technical or development background is a strong advantage (e.g., software development, solution architecture).
- Familiarity with solution selling, consultative sales, and customer value propositioning.
- Experience using AI tools and technologies
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or vendor-specific).
- Experience with government procurement or public sector digital transformation projects in Kuwait and the GCC region.
- Knowledge of local business culture and regulatory environment in Kuwait.
