Location: Kuwait
Rotation: 3 Weeks On-Site / 1 Week Home

About the OpportunityyOur client is a leading programme and project management consultancy supporting one of the largest and most strategically important transformation programmes ever undertaken by a major organisation in Kuwait
.This is a rare opportunity to join the client-side leadership team and take ownership of a multi-year enterprise transformation involving SAP ERP and Dealer Management System (DMS) implementation across a complex automotive business environment. The programme is expected to run for approximately four years and represents a business-critical initiative with executive-level visibility
.The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, governance, and delivery oversight, ensuring successful implementation across multiple business functions, stakeholders, and technology partners
RoleAs Programme Director / SAP ERP & DMS Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the overall programme delivery, managing governance structures, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful execution of both SAP ERP and DMS implementation
s.You will act as the key client-side leader, working closely with business leadership, implementation partners, and internal technology teams to deliver a sustainable and scalable future‑state operating mode

Serve as a member of the Programme Change Advisory Board (CAB), reviewing and approving change requests, scope adjustments, and major design decisi - ons.
Manage programme risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation proces - ses.
Ensure delivery aligns with clean-core SAP principles and supports long-term system sustainabil - ity.
Drive alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and programme outco
- ement
Plan, facilitate, and lead programme workshops throughout all phases of deli - very.
Conduct business process workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and define future-state operating mo - dels.
Lead solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and validation sessions with implementation part - ners.
Coordinate activities across business users, implementation partners, vendors, and internal IT t - eams.
Ensure workshop outputs are documented, approved, and translated into actionable delivery p - lans.
Monitor programme progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved on sche

Act as the primary liaison between business leadership, technology teams, and implementation par - tners.
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and operational leadership - teams.
Provide clear communication, reporting, and programme updates across all levels of the organis - ation.
Challenge and guide implementation partners to ensure delivery quality and adherence to programme objec

Proven experience leading large-scale SAP ERP implementations (SAP S/4
HANA and/or SAP ECC) within the automotive - sector.
Demonstrated success delivering Dealer Management System (DMS) implementations across multi-brand automotive dealership enviro - nments.
Strong understand - ing of:
Vehicle Sales ope - rations
After-Sales - Service Parts Man

Warranty Man - agement
OEM integrations and pr - ocesses
Experience managing complex enterprise transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders and v - endors.
Strong knowledge of programme governance, risk management, and change control pro - cesses.
Experience chairing or participating in Change Advisory Boards - (CAB).Ability to operate effectively in executive-facing environments and influence senior stakeh
- ckground
Automotive industry exp - erience.
Track record of delivering large-scale ERP and dealership transformation pro - grammes.
Strong understanding of dealership operating models and OEM requi - rements.
Experience working in international or Middle East programme environments is highly de - sirable.
