Product Content Manager

• Own end-to-end content operations - from onboarding and catalog updates to promotions, approvals, and operational requests.
• Lead and guide team leads and agents to meet productivity targets, SLA goals, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and build reporting frameworks covering productivity, QA performance, and operational trends.
• Drive quality governance through audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement to sharpen catalog accuracy and customer experience.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Support teams to keep execution aligned with business goals.
• Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and scale operations.
• Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization optimization.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Food & Product Information, stepping in to ensure leadership continuity when needed.

• 5+ years of experience in content operations, catalog management, or e-commerce operations.
• Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with hands on expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
• A process-oriented mindset with a sharp eye for SLA management and workflow optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or operational dashboard development.
• Exposure to automation projects, workflow redesign, or operational scaling initiatives.
• Certifications in operations management, data analytics, or e-commerce.
